Plan for the busiest moment, not just the guest list

Work the delivery into your event schedule
Give us the earliest time equipment can arrive and the time it must be ready for guests. Earlier delivery can reduce pressure on event morning, but the delivery day and total rental period must be agreed in your quote. For a holiday weekend, confirm pickup around your venue’s opening hours.
For outdoor Sumter events, include a wet-ground alternative in the site plan. Avoid a placement that becomes unreachable after rain. Make sure lighting and the route from the gathering area remain usable after dark.
Accessible facilities belong in the plan from the start
Tell us where guests enter, where they gather, and how they will reach each restroom group. Keep access routes clear of tent ropes, cables, tables, and parked vehicles. Choose the appropriate accessible model and washing setup for your event.
Confirm venue permission
Get approval for the proposed location and service access before the delivery is scheduled. A rental order does not grant permission to occupy a park, public street, sidewalk, or venue property. Check the requirements for your exact site.
