Before the truck arrives
Identify the exact entrance and preferred placement area. For a new Sumter subdivision lot, include the street, lot number, nearest usable entrance, and on-site contact. Tell us if a navigation app is likely to send the driver to the wrong side of the property.
- Measure the narrowest gate opening and report overhead wires, branches, and height restrictions.
- Choose firm, level ground with room for the door and users to approach.
- Move cars, materials, and other obstructions out of the route.
- Arrange gate codes or a contact who can open the site.
- Leave a backup placement option if the preferred spot is unsuitable.
The restroom footprint and the delivery vehicle’s access needs are different. Gate width, hose reach, turning room, overhead clearance, and any dolly movement are confirmed for your specific order. Send the narrowest access measurements and a description of the ground so we can assess the route for your assigned equipment.
Backyard placement and soft ground
For a party or home renovation, consider access for all three stages: delivery, servicing, and pickup. Let us know if the approach is grass, gravel, sand, or unpaved ground. After rain, a surface that was firm earlier may no longer support the service vehicle.
Keep the unit out of low areas that collect water and away from sloping or unstable ground. Do not relocate it yourself after use. Waste must be managed safely before transport.
During the rental
Service follows the schedule in your agreement. Review pumping and waste removal, interior cleaning, deodorizing, inspection, and supplies with the rental team. Let us know if use changes or a unit needs attention between planned visits. Extra servicing is subject to scheduling and the agreed charges.
Delivery updates and service problems
Phone support is available 8 AM–7 PM Eastern. Delivery and servicing operate 8 AM–6 PM, with your actual window confirmed when scheduled. Request an arrival call if helpful, and keep the site-contact phone available. Contact us for a route update rather than relying on an unconfirmed exact time.
Permissions and local requirements
Confirm permission from the property owner or venue before placement. For public property, parks, streets, sidewalks, or temporary events, check with the relevant authority. Sumter’s Planning Department reviews temporary uses; requirements depend on the location and activity. A rental quote does not include a permit approval.

Pickup is part of the plan
Confirm the collection day and maintain access until pickup is complete. For continuing rentals, request removal when the equipment is no longer needed and ask for the billing end date. Tell us if a school, workplace, venue, or gate will be closed during the proposed window.
